Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Cyber Defense Manager Lead to join our team and lead our cyber defense operations. As a Cyber Defense Manager Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity professionals and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' networks, systems, and data. In this role, you will play a crucial role in protecting our clients' assets from cyber attacks and ensuring the overall effectiveness of our cyber defense strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Develop and implement effective cyber defense strategies to protect our clients' assets.
• Monitor and analyze cyber threats and vulnerabilities, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
• Oversee the implementation of security controls and protocols to safeguard networks, systems, and data.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify potential security gaps and recommend remediation measures.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the alignment of cyber defense strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats, trends, and technologies, and continuously improve our defenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on security measures and incidents.
• Prepare and present reports to management and clients on cyber defense operations and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity role, with a focus on cyber defense.
• Strong knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
• Experience in managing and leading a team of cybersecurity professionals.
• Familiarity with security controls, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
