Position: Cybersecurity Solutions Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Overview: Lobox is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Cybersecurity Solutions Manager to join our growing team. As a Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for Lobox clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions that meet client needs
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of security trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions
• Oversee the testing and deployment of solutions, ensuring they meet all security and compliance standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team in developing proposals and presenting solutions to clients
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to cybersecurity to ensure our solutions are always compliant and secure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify potential new business opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver effective marketing materials and campaigns to promote our solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, protocols, and regulations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for clients
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively handle and resolve any issues that may arise
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desired
