Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Platform Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company's platform. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and scalability of our platform.
• Manage a team of platform engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define platform requirements and prioritize feature development.
• Conduct regular platform audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our platform remains competitive.
• Oversee the testing and deployment of new features and updates to the platform.
• Monitor platform metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party providers to ensure the smooth integration of their services with our platform.
• Create and maintain documentation for the platform, including user manuals and technical specifications.
• Train and mentor team members on new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform development and management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
