Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain our company's knowledge base, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Monitor and track changes to existing information, making updates as necessary
Develop and implement processes for managing and organizing knowledge assets
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate information
Conduct regular audits to identify any knowledge gaps or outdated information
Create and maintain a system for categorizing and tagging knowledge articles for easy retrieval and searchability
Train and educate employees on how to effectively use the knowledge base and contribute to its growth
Continuously seek ways to improve the knowledge base and make it more user-friendly and efficient
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Library Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in knowledge management, preferably in a corporate setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project management and process improvement is a plus
