Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Integration Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Data Integration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various data sources, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data transfer, and providing strategic direction for data integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data integration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data integration strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows.
• Manage data mapping and transformation activities to ensure data is accurately translated and loaded into target systems.
• Develop and maintain data integration standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all integration efforts.
• Collaborate with data architects and database administrators to design and implement data structures for efficient data integration and retrieval.
• Monitor data integration processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Lead a team of data integration specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data integration technology, making recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in ETL tools and techniques, such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Proficient in SQL and database design principles.
• Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms, such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory.
• Proven track record of successfully leading data integration projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
