Salary: $97 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative and eye-catching designs for various digital and print materials. The ideal candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our brand image.
• Utilize various design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that meet the company's standards.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
• Stay updated with design trends and techniques to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into our designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within assigned deadlines.
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and provide creative solutions for design challenges.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure all design requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in UI/UX design and animation is a plus.
