Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Packaging Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Packaging Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional packaging solutions that align with our brand's aesthetic and values. You will work closely with our marketing, product development, and production teams to bring our products to life through eye-catching and effective packaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications, brand identity, and target audience to create impactful packaging designs
• Research and analyze current market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' packaging to inform design decisions
• Develop and present initial packaging design concepts, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to ensure alignment with project goals
• Utilize design software and tools to create 2D and 3D mock-ups and prototypes for packaging designs
• Conduct print tests and provide accurate specifications for production, ensuring quality and consistency of final product
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, new techniques, and design trends to continuously improve and innovate packaging designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in consumer goods or retail industry
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and 3D rendering tools
• Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and finishes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional packaging designs
