Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and other data analysts to ensure the accuracy and quality of data used for reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data mining methods to analyze large and complex healthcare data sets.
• Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems to support ongoing data analysis and reporting needs.
• Conduct thorough data quality checks and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and develop data collection and reporting protocols.
• Interpret and present data findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, management, and external partners.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data trends to identify potential areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analysis and recommend advancements or new technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Train and mentor junior data analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies, such as HIPAA and HITECH, is desirable.
