Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the art director and design team to develop and refine the visual style and direction of our projects.
Create high-quality concept art, including character designs, environments, props, and other assets, that effectively communicate the vision and tone of the project.
Generate multiple iterations and variations of concept art to explore different ideas and directions.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to the concept art based on direction from the art director and design team.
Work closely with the production team to ensure that the concept art is aligned with the project's technical and budgetary constraints.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and share your knowledge and skills with the team.
Contribute to the development of the overall art pipeline and processes, and constantly strive for improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a concept artist in the entertainment industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of concept art, including characters, environments, and props.
Proficient in traditional and digital art techniques, including sketching, drawing, painting, and 3D modeling.
Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and perspective.
Experience with industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya.
Solid understanding of game development processes and pipelines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for storytelling and creating immersive and engaging worlds.
