Key Responsibilities:

Edit and retouch photos to meet company standards and brand guidelines
Collaborate with photographers and designers to plan and execute photo shoots
Review and select images for publication, ensuring they align with the company's vision and message
Manage and maintain the company's photography database
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content
Assist with the organization and coordination of photo shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and talent casting
Provide creative direction and feedback to photographers during shoots
Ensure all photography projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints
Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns and marketing materials
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and freelance photographers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Photography Editor or similar role
Proficient in photo editing software, such as Photoshop and Lightroom
Strong understanding of photography principles and techniques
Excellent eye for detail and visual composition
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong portfolio showcasing previous photography and editing work
