Salary: $190000 - $224000

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of clinical trials, from protocol development to study completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and excellent project management skills. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of clinical trials, both internally and externally
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs, to ensure successful trial execution
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as CROs, labs, and other service providers
• Review and provide input on study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents
• Oversee study budget and manage expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Lead study team meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Manage study enrollment and work closely with sites to resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans as needed
• Monitor study progress and identify and address any issues or delays to keep the trial on track
• Assist with data analysis and interpretation of study results
• Prepare and present study updates and reports to senior management and external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and ICH guidelines
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of successfully managing clinical trials from start to finish
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience with electronic data capture systems is a plus
