Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on current and proposed healthcare policies, regulations, and programs.
Monitor and track legislative and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry.
Develop and maintain databases of healthcare policy information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of policy changes on our organization and make recommendations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders, government officials, and other organizations to advocate for our organization's interests.
Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities associated with healthcare policies and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to healthcare policy.
Assist in the development of advocacy strategies and campaigns to support our organization's goals.
Provide support and guidance to internal teams on compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, Political Science, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare policy analysis or related field.
Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and programs at the local, state, and federal levels.
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
Experience with data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS.
Proven ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and emerging issues.
Experience in advocacy and working with government agencies is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
