Salary: $97 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Learning Designer to join our team. As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our company and our clients. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other team members to design and develop learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires strong instructional design skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to design and develop learning solutions that meet business needs
• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives, target audience, and requirements for each project
• Design and develop a variety of learning solutions, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, webinars, videos, simulations, and other interactive materials
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to ensure the effectiveness of learning solutions
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for each project
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure that learning solutions meet established standards and requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning design and incorporate them into our solutions
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and update existing learning solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia development is a plus
• Portfolio of previous work and projects is preferred
