Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores. You will work closely with the store managers and other team members to ensure that our stores are running efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and meeting our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and increase sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
• Ensure that all retail stores are properly stocked, merchandised, and maintained to company standards.
• Create and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
• Train and supervise store managers and other team members to ensure they are meeting performance goals and adhering to company policies.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of store staff.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and initiatives to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
• Manage inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely and accurate replenishment.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are being met and provide feedback and support to store managers.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and ensure store security.
• Monitor and maintain store budgets and expenses.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail software systems.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel to different store locations as needed.
