Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and monitor expenses across various departments and projects
Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to management
Develop and maintain expense tracking systems and reports
Review and validate expense reports submitted by employees
Ensure compliance with company expense policies and procedures
Conduct audits to identify any discrepancies or fraudulent activities
Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and reduce expenses
Prepare and present reports on expense trends and analysis to management
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to expense management
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Provide support to other financial analysts and teams as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
of experience in expense analysis or a similar role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and expense management best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
