Job Title: Health Informatics Specialist

Salary: $92 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Informatics Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Health Informatics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving healthcare outcomes by utilizing technology and data analytics to optimize patient care. You will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and managing healthcare data to provide valuable insights for healthcare providers and decision-makers. This position requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems, data management, and technology, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement informatics strategies to support the organization's key objectives and goals.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to extract and analyze healthcare data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize patient care.
• Design and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of healthcare data.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in healthcare informatics, and make recommendations for improvements and implementation.
• Develop and implement protocols and procedures for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Train and support healthcare staff in the use of informatics tools and systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Provide technical support for informatics systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare informatics role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, data management, and analytics.
• Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare informatics systems is preferred.
