Salary: $133000 - $160000

Job Overview: As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals, learning objectives, and organizational culture in order to create customized and impactful learning experiences. You will also collaborate with our team of subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of our training content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within client organizations
• Develop and implement learning strategies and solutions, including but not limited to e-learning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and job aids
• Create engaging and interactive learning content, such as presentations, videos, simulations, and activities
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for individuals and groups, both in person and virtually
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with clients to ensure alignment of learning solutions with their business objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving learning needs and provide ongoing support
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our offerings
• Mentor and coach junior learning consultants and provide guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and facilitation
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning solutions in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and other learning technologies
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
