Salary: $114000 - $144000

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Course Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Online Course Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive online courses that will help our students achieve their learning objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to design and develop online courses that are both innovative and effective in delivering educational content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives, content, and instructional strategies for online courses
• Design and develop engaging and interactive online courses that incorporate a variety of multimedia elements such as videos, animations, simulations, and assessments
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to ensure courses are effective and engaging for our target audience
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure courses are error-free, meet technical specifications, and align with learning objectives
• Continuously update and improve existing online courses to ensure they remain relevant and effective
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in e-learning and instructional design to enhance the quality of our online courses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Proven track record in designing and developing high-quality online courses
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
