Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robotic automation solutions for clients using various programming languages and tools such as Python, C++, and SQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design solutions that meet the clients' needs.
Conduct thorough analysis of clients' processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Design and develop robotics processes that are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and are error-free.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members in the implementation and maintenance of automation processes.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in robotics automation technology and continuously improve processes and systems.
Document all processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Train and mentor team members on robotics automation tools and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in robotics automation, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and SQL.
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
