Salary: $171000 - $208000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Robotics Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Robotics Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity in our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes for various areas of the organization, including manufacturing, logistics, and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of automation projects.
• Design and develop robotic systems, including hardware and software, to meet project requirements.
• Test and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all automation projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technology and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during the design and implementation of automation systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing automated systems.
• Strong knowledge of robotics, programming languages (e.g. C++, Python), and automation tools (e.g. PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) and 3D printing.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for project implementation and support.
