Role Overview: As a Workflow Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows for our clients. You will work closely with our team of developers, project managers, and clients to understand their business needs and identify areas where automation can be applied to improve processes and save time and resources. You will be a key player in ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects, from initial design to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design and develop automation workflows using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Implement and test automation workflows to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the development and implementation process.
• Document automation processes and provide training and support to clients and end-users.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate existing automation workflows for efficiency and make necessary improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technology to continuously improve our services.
• Provide regular reports to project managers and clients on the progress of automation projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies such as RPA, BPM, and AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful automation projects.
