Job Overview: As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing conversational interfaces for various applications and platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team that is focused on creating cutting-edge conversational AI solutions to enhance user experiences and improve overall business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design conversational AI solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and models to enhance the conversational capabilities of our applications.
• Design and build conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogue management to enable seamless interactions with users.
• Optimize the performance of existing conversational AI models and continuously improve their accuracy and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of conversational AI systems to identify and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI technology and apply them to enhance our products and services.
• Work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate conversational AI capabilities into our existing systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure that the conversational AI solutions align with the overall product vision and user experience.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, including developers and data analysts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Conversational AI Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and technologies, such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms and tools, such as Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or IBM Watson.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
