Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement multi-cloud solutions for our clients based on their specific requirements and business objectives
Collaborate with our sales team to understand client needs and develop proposals that highlight the value of our multi-cloud solutions
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing IT infrastructure and make recommendations for optimizing their multi-cloud environment
Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with clients' existing systems
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' multi-cloud environments, troubleshooting any issues that arise and implementing necessary updates and upgrades
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in multi-cloud technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and techniques into our solutions
Train clients on how to effectively utilize our multi-cloud solutions, and provide documentation and resources for ongoing support and maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our multi-cloud solutions and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cloud solutions environment
Strong understanding of multi-cloud environments, including experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex multi-cloud solutions for clients of varying sizes and industries
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are a plus
