Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes
Design and develop data models and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to business stakeholders
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions
Troubleshoot data quality issues and work with the data engineering team to resolve them
Continuously monitor and improve data quality and data integrity within the data warehouse
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics, and make recommendations for new tools and technologies to enhance our capabilities
Collaborate with data scientists to incorporate advanced analytics and machine learning models into our business intelligence solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence development and data engineering
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
