Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the company's technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams, configurations, and procedures
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry, and make recommendations for their integration into our systems
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for technical emergencies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical operations or similar role
Strong knowledge of server administration, network protocols, and database management
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and work outside of regular business hours when necessary
