Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain tools and applications according to specifications provided by internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
Develop test cases and perform thorough testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free tools.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development and implementation process.
Implement efficient and user-friendly interfaces for tools and applications.
Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve the overall efficiency and functionality of tools.
Document all development processes and maintain clear and concise documentation for future reference.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients on how to use tools and applications.
Collaborate with team members and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain coding standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and tools development.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with web development and front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Familiarity with database management and SQL.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with Agile development is a plus.
