Salary: $152000 - $192000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Load Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Load Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating load tests to ensure the performance and stability of our software applications. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the user experience and overall satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement load testing strategies and plans for new and existing software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key performance metrics
• Design and execute load tests using industry-leading tools and techniques
• Analyze and interpret load test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure the highest level of user satisfaction
• Develop and maintain documentation related to load testing processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest load testing tools, technologies, and industry trends
• Mentor and train junior team members on load testing best practices and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in load testing, performance engineering, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of load testing tools and methodologies, such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with cloud-based load testing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications, such as ISTQB or Certified Performance Testing Professional, are a plus
