Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Containerization Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Containerization Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining containerization solutions for our company's applications and systems. You will work closely with our development and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient and effective deployment of containerized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain containerization solutions using industry-leading tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and containerize applications and services.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline the deployment and management of containerized applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot containerized applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest containerization trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our containerization strategy.
• Conduct performance and security testing of containerized applications and implement necessary changes to maintain system integrity.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, diagrams, and procedures related to containerization solutions.
• Train and mentor junior team members on containerization technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of years of experience in containerization engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of networking and security principles related to containerization.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
