Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute load and stress tests on various software applications and systems.
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and scripts.
Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during load tests.
Identify and report any performance issues or defects.
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Utilize load testing tools and techniques to simulate real-world scenarios and identify system limitations.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in load testing.
Communicate test results and recommendations to project stakeholders.
Continuously improve and optimize load testing processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in load testing and performance testing of software applications and systems.
Strong understanding of load testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in using load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
Experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies is a plus.

Working Conditions: As a Load Tester, you will primarily work in an office environment, using computer systems and load testing tools. You may occasionally be required to work outside of regular business hours to perform load tests during off-peak times. Some travel may also be required to collaborate with other project teams or attend trainings and conferences.
