Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks and audits on various processes, products, and services to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies to maintain high standards of product and service delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

Create and maintain quality assurance documentation, including reports, procedures, and manuals.

Train and mentor team members on quality standards, processes, and procedures.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and recommend improvements.

Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues.

Participate in the development and implementation of new products and services, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and external agencies, to address quality concerns and provide updates on quality initiatives.

Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate them into the organization's quality processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience in conducting quality audits and developing quality control procedures.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards, such as ISO 9001.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Quality certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean, are preferred.
