We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Software Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating various software systems to ensure seamless communication and functionality. Your main goal will be to bridge the gap between different systems and enhance the overall performance of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the business requirements and identify software integration needs
• Develop and implement integration strategies to connect various software systems, including but not limited to CRM, ERP, and HR systems
• Design and develop custom integration solutions using APIs, web services, and other integration tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the integration process
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the integrated systems
• Monitor and maintain the performance of integrated systems and make necessary updates or changes as needed
• Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the integrated systems
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, systems, and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software integration trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement and optimization
• Collaborate with software vendors and third-party providers to resolve any integration-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in software integration, preferably in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration tools
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with leading integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica
• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS applications
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
