Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robotic automation solutions to automate business processes using industry-leading RPA tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key processes that can be automated and develop solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and make recommendations for automation, including creating process flow diagrams and documenting requirements.
Configure and test robotic automation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
Monitor and maintain the performance of existing robotic processes, making necessary updates and improvements as needed.
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of robotic processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic process automation, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve any technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of robotic processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotic process development, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Working knowledge of process mapping and documentation tools.
Proven experience in process analysis, design, and implementation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
