About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Software Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, as well as leading a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects. You will play a critical role in driving innovation and setting technical direction for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our software development processes and practices.
• Lead the planning and execution of software projects, including setting project timelines, identifying risks, and managing resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain project timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of of experience in software development, with at least in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentorship.
• Extensive experience in software development using.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, and experience in driving projects using these methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
