Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, identify technical solutions, and provide accurate estimates for project timelines
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, and proactively recommend new tools and techniques to improve the software development process
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency across projects
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Continuously improve the software development process by identifying areas for optimization and implementing effective solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Extensive experience with software development frameworks and tools such as Spring, React, or Angular
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
