Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for our company. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain robust AI/ML systems that will drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms for various use cases, such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with data scientists and subject matter experts to identify business problems and design AI/ML solutions that meet business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and pre-processing to prepare datasets for model training and validation.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms and techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimize and improve existing AI/ML models and systems based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Work with software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production systems and applications.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and techniques and evaluate their potential impact on our business.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques, such as CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
• Familiarity with data visualization and exploration tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
