Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement NLP algorithms and models to extract meaningful insights from unstructured text data.
Develop and maintain NLP pipelines to process large volumes of data efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into NLP tasks.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP to continuously improve our NLP capabilities.
Optimize and fine-tune existing NLP models to improve accuracy and performance.
Work with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of NLP solutions into our existing systems.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of NLP models to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Document and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of years of experience as a NLP Developer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and algorithms such as text classification, information extraction, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.
Experience with NLP libraries and tools such as NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, and TensorFlow.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
