Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NLP Developer to join our dynamic team. The NLP Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing natural language processing (NLP) solutions to enhance our products and services. This role requires a strong background in NLP, machine learning, and programming, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language, data, and technology, and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement NLP solutions to process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop NLP solutions that meet those needs
• Develop and maintain NLP models, algorithms, and tools for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction, and other NLP tasks
• Conduct data analysis, data mining, and data visualization to gain insights and improve NLP models
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient and accurate data processing and integration into NLP models
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NLP research, techniques, and tools, and continuously improve our NLP capabilities
• Document code, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and maintainability of NLP solutions
• Communicate complex NLP concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NLP Developer or NLP Engineer
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other languages commonly used in NLP
• Extensive knowledge of NLP techniques and algorithms, such as word embeddings, named entity recognition, and topic modeling
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as NLTK, spaCy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, and data analysis tools, such as Pandas or R
• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or Elasticsearch, is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
