Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and other data storage systems.
Design, develop, and implement data models, data schemas, and data structures.
Create and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient and accurate data transfer.
Monitor data quality and integrity, troubleshoot data-related issues, and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop data solutions.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in data management and technology to continuously improve data processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data development, data engineering, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling.
Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
