About the Role: Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Data Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of data throughout our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that will drive business insights and support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse and data pipeline solutions to support various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design data models accordingly.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources including databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Perform data profiling and data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and document data flow processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Work closely with data scientists to implement machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Developer or similar role.
• Strong experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
