Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand data requirements
Design and develop efficient ETL processes to extract data from various sources and transform it into usable formats
Utilize ETL tools to load data into data warehouses and data marts
Create and maintain documentation for all ETL processes, including data mappings and transformations
Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration
Develop and maintain data models for data warehouses and data marts
Work closely with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews to ensure ETL processes adhere to coding standards and best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ETL technologies
Mentor and provide guidance to junior ETL developers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ETL development
Extensive knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Talend
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
