Responsibilities:

Conduct research and develop statistical models to analyze and interpret data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions
Design and implement data collection processes to gather relevant information
Clean, organize, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods and programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast future trends and patterns
Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques
Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
