Lobox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms and models to drive business insights and enhance our products. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to implement scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and other team members to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Implement efficient and scalable solutions for data storage, retrieval, and processing.
• Conduct experiments and fine-tune models to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and implement best practices in our projects.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of years of experience as an ML Engineer or a related role.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
