Job Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software products. You will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. You will also be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the development of complex software systems by writing efficient and clean code.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Design and implement software solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve our software development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality of the software products.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain software applications in production environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor���s or Master���s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in leading software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
