Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of software solutions by analyzing project requirements and creating technical designs that meet business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure efficient and effective implementation of software solutions
Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve and enhance our software architecture
Define and document software architecture principles, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of code
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the development team
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements that can be implemented by the development team
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the software architecture and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with product management teams to define product roadmaps and contribute to product strategy
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development and incorporate them into our software architecture and processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of experience in a senior software architect role
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions
Expertise in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
Strong understanding of database design and management
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with Agile methodologies
Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.
