Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Conduct thorough analysis and design of software components and systems
Develop software architecture plans and strategies that align with the company's overall technical vision
Create high-level and detailed technical specifications for the development team to follow
Lead and mentor the development team to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of software solutions
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software architecture and development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver integrated and seamless solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide support to the development team when needed
Act as a technical advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on software architecture and development strategies
Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies in all aspects of software development
Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members and provide training and guidance to junior architects and developers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a software architect role
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions with a strong understanding of software design principles and patterns
Extensive experience in software development using various programming languages, such as Java, C++, or Python
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, such as Agile and DevOps
Hands-on experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
