Salary: $115 Per hour

Position Overview: As a Staff Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by utilizing your advanced technical knowledge and leadership skills to lead and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for incorporating new tools and processes into project development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers.
• Strong technical background and hands-on experience with software development, preferably in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing project plans and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure is a plus.
