Salary: $190000 - $224000

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our .NET applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in .NET development, along with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code reviews, and test plans
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing .NET applications, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and usability
• Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and best practices, and share knowledge with the team
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance and support as needed
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET
• Experience with MVC and Web API frameworks
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design principles
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
