Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of company assets and information
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security vulnerabilities
Monitor and analyze security alerts and reports, and take appropriate action to mitigate any potential threats
Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as alarms, access control, and surveillance cameras
Train employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness
Conduct regular security audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an emergency response plan
Act as a liaison with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related role
Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices, and experience implementing them in a corporate environment
Familiarity with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in security, such as CISSP or CISM, is preferred but not required
