Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and support various IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all IT infrastructure systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement new IT infrastructure projects.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to keep the IT infrastructure up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all IT infrastructure systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance and security.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT team members.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, network protocols, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
