Salary: $247000 - $288000

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Director to join our dynamic and growing team. As the IT Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and operations. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to think outside of the box to drive innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale IT projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the daily operations of our IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
• Identify and implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
• Ensure the security and integrity of our company's data and information systems
• Monitor and analyze technology performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Manage IT budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to drive innovation within the company
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support IT initiatives
• Lead and mentor IT team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development
• Communicate IT updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations
• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and initiatives
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• In-depth knowledge of IT budgeting and expense management
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are preferred.
